Producer PipelineFive minutes, start to finish. The whole system is built so that updating it is faster than sending an email about it.
Go to pathfinder-pipeline.netlify.app and sign in with the email and starting password you were sent. Then click the padlock button at the top right and choose your own password. Ten characters or more. It takes effect right away. If you ever forget it, the Forgot password link on the sign-in page emails you a reset.
Open the same address in Safari or Chrome on your phone. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It works like an app from then on, no app store. Everything you can do at your desk you can do between calls.
Click New deal (or press N). Type the client's name, tick the lines of coverage, and press Enter. That's it. Premium, carriers, contact info and X-date are all optional. Fill them in when you know them, from the deal panel.
Every card has a button with the next stage's name. One click moves it. Drag works too. Clicked the wrong one? There's an Undo at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds.
Click any card. Everything is editable in place and saves as you leave each box. Type a note and press Enter to log a call. Use Tomorrow, +3d, +1w, +2w to set your next follow-up without picking a date.
The Follow-Ups tab lists what's overdue, what's due this week, which X-dates land in the next 60 days, and any open deal with no next step. Done +1w logs the touch and reschedules it in one click.
Everyone can see every producer's pipeline and the Team Dashboard. You can only change deals in your own pipeline. Your agency's admins can edit any deal and the dropdown lists under Settings. If you need a new line of coverage or lead source, ask an admin and it's there in thirty seconds.
Keyboard: N new deal, / search, Esc close. The walkthrough videos were recorded with sample data before your clean slate; the screens are the same.
